  1. Won't answer phone, 3 tries. 2. Posted lunch hours are 12 to 130pm. No one returned till 155pm on a Tuesday. 3. S5 charging port cover replacement quoted at $80. Was told by disinterested woman that whole port & cover had to be replaced. I googled youtube video. Just needed a fine Philips screwdriver to remove one's screw because ONLY the cover had to be replaced. So ordered for $4.85. Fixed in 3 minutes. 1+2+3 = never set foot in there again. My guess is other reviews are fake.

  First off it took way too long for my laptop to be repaired. Was told maximum a week but in reality it took over three. It was difficult to get a hold of anyone on the phone, sometimes no one answered and sometimes, a woman answered but she seemed like I was bothering her with my call. There was another part needed than what was originally thought, I was informed of this over the phone and told the additional price. However, when I went to pick it up I was told a different one, it was the double. Also, when about to pay I am informed of the additional 4% credit card fee as I am reaching for my card. I did not have that kind of cash on me so the only option was to pay. It would have been nice to be informed of this earlier, like when they called to let me know the laptop was done. The laptop is now working how it was promised but I would have gone somewhere else if I knew that this would have happened. Overall, I feel as though I was taken advantage of. I will never go back and would not recommend to anyone.
